This is a great spot for your next party or gathering!
We have a 700 ft. open space that can be set up anyway you like with Bluetooth capability surround system, tables, and chairs for your use. There is also a 250 sq. ft. back room that is perfect for staging and rehearsal or to relax and enjoy.

A beautifully established studio owned by Saraleno Dance Company and conveniently located in downtown Medford, offering classes, events and private instruction. It is a welcoming light beautiful space to host your next event.

COST FOR RENTALS

 

RENTAL COSTS

 

Regular Classes or Private Practice

Monday through Sunday

 $30 per hour for Regular Classes or $30 per hour for Private Practice up to 4 People

*Minimum of 4 Classes or Private Practice per month - Cost is Reduced to $25 per hour*

 

One Time Events

Monday through Thursday - $60 per hour

Friday through Sunday - $75 per hour

  2. Click on the PDF logo (to the right of this text) to Download a copy of the Rental agreement and make sure that it all works for you.

  3. Confirm your provisional booking and set up a time to meet the owners and view the venue. Exchange the rental agreement and pay your deposit and rental in full to secure your booking.

  4. Once your booking is secured all you have to do is show up and Enjoy your event!

Q. Is the day and time I want available?
A. Please contact us with the date and time you are looking for so we can check and confirm availability for you.

Q. Can I rent by the hour and how long do I need to rent?
A. Providing there is availability then the rental time can be as little or as much as you need.

Q. Do I have to include set up and take down time in my rental?​ 
A. Yes, from the time you enter until the time you leave is considered rented time. If you are in the space someone else cannot be.
 
Q. Are there tables and chairs provided?
A. Yes there are four 6ft Folding Tables and 35 Folding Chairs provided for your use.
 
Q. Do I get my security deposit back?
A. Absolutely! Once we confirm that there are no damages and that the space is left clean we will return 100% of your deposit.

Q. Is there a Kitchen?
A. We do not have a kitchen but we do have plenty of space to bring and set up food. Please note we are an alcohol-free establishment so there is NO alcohol allowed on the premises.

Q. Is there Parking available?
A. Yes there are plenty of parking spaces on the streets surrounding the building.  Please note that there is a 2 hour parking limit on weekdays.

Q. Are decorations allowed?
A. Yes decorate as you choose but please do not affix anything to the white plastered walls & ceilings. You are welcome to attach items to the brick wall and the mirrors but only with the use of non-permanent adhesive that does not leave a residue. 

Q. Is there a music system?
A. Yes there is a full music system that can be connected to your phone with the auxiliary cable.  Also a dongle or blue tooth adaptor can be used. (The adaptors are not provided). Turn on the power strip under the desk and this also turns on the fairy lights. All operating instructions can be viewed above the stereo.
 
Q. Is there heating and air conditioning?
A. Yes there is Heating and Cool air operated from the thermostat.  There are additional ceiling fans, a large standing fan and air purifiers.

Q. How do I access the key when I arrive for my event?
A. The owner will issue you with the location of the lock box and the code the day before your arrival.  You will access and return the key to the lock box and leave the building secure.

Q. Should I clean the studio after our event?
A. Yes please make sure the areas are all left clean and how you found them.  All brooms and cleaning items are provided for your use and are stored in the restroom behind the curtain.  There is also a Vacuum and mop in the lounge cupboard.  The floors, mirrors and areas are to be left clean and trash bins emptied.  We do not have a dumpster at the building so please be sure to remove all trash.
All electrical equipment, Stereo, lights, fans, air con, heating must be turned off prior to leaving the building.

Q. Is there a First aid kit?
A. Yes this is stored in the desk drawer under the stereo system along with an Accident book.
